Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FoodGuessr (the "Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. In these terms, "FoodGuessr," "we," "our," and "us" refer to the operator of the Website. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Website.
1. Eligibility
The Website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create an account or provide personal information. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and that you are able to form a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Some features require you to create an account, which you may do directly or by signing in through a third-party provider such as Google or Discord. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings.

FoodGuessr reserves the right to remove or modify user-generated content at its discretion.

You agree not to misuse the Website. In particular, you agree not to: (a) submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, other accounts, or our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website, including through automated scraping, cheating, or manipulating scores or leaderboards; or (d) use the Website to violate any applicable law or the rights of others. We may investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these terms.
5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments
FoodGuessr offers optional paid premium subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and your card and billing details are submitted directly to Stripe and handled under its own terms and privacy policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial-period refunds are generally not provided for unused time. 6. Advertising
The Website is supported in part by advertising. We work with third-party advertising partners, including Freestar, to display ads and measure their performance. You may stop using the Website and delete your account at any time.
